I, installed, my, toilet, on, a, new, tile, floor, and, now, everytime, I, sit, on, the, toilet, it, pops, are, my, bolts, to, tight, or, to, loose?

LOL. Tom, you forgot to put a comma after the word "loose". Just kidding. It may be a loose time underneath. Then again toilet may not be tightened down tight enough. Jut be careful not to overtorque the bolts. You will crack the base of the toiltet.

I agree, it's probably too loose as apposed to too tight.
