What is an exceptable height a toilet flange can be from the top of the finished tile floor, and still allow the toilet to seat properly. What would the minimum be as well? |

One quarter to three eights above the floor wouldn't be a problem maybe a little higher depending on the horn of the toilet. A flange below the floor can be built up using flange extenders or aditional wax seals.  |
