speed set mortar

Hey guys. Is this speed set mortar by custom building any good? Ive been in construction for many years. Mainly as a carpenter but want to change direction into tiling. I have done a good amount of tiling but mainly floors and backsplashes. I realy want to get into tiling bathrooms, shower enclosures and tubs but want to do it the right way as I have always done so I might have a few more questions 4 u guys if thats ok. Many thanks
