Just put new tile in three bathrooms - quartz (light beige) color non sanded grout used - looking for a recommendation on a hi qualtiy sealer that will not (!) darken grout when applied.

There are many brands out there to chose from. Everyone makes several qualities, as with everything else. They claim, good, better, best. A few well known brands are; AquaMix, Miracle Sealants. Expect to pay $30-40 for a small bottle of good quality grout sealer.

"Penetrating" grout sealers do not change the appearance in any way. Avoid gloss sealers and enhancing sealers.

Your title says "Sealing new tile", although it's possible to seal even glazed tiles, generally you only want to seal the grout, right?
