Azuvi Gris tiles

I need to replace 10-20 Azuvi tiles - color range = GRIS; size = (17.5)" x (17.5)". Tiles were installed over 15 years ago. How can I find out if they are still being manufactured and where to order from? If they have been discontinued, what's the best way to find a replacement tile as close as possible to this style, color and finish? Thanks!
