I have a problem and want to know if anyone has the answer. I hired a contractor to install bathroom surround tiles for my bathtub. He used Thin Set on the tub. I ended up having to let him go because he did not do the job according to my specifications. The tile was taken off in good shape but the dried This set is on the back of them. How can I get the old dried Thin set off the tiles to re use them? I cannot afford to buy another batch of tiles for the job.
Thanks

You can scrape the thinset off with a good scraper and allot of elbow grease. You can also use a belt sander.
