Pulled up the linoleum in the bathroom and was left with a smooth paper finish can we install ceramic tile over this? |

Hell No. What I do in this situation is take some hot water and towels, wring them out good and lay it over the paper. It will loosen up the adhesive and a good razor scraper will work well from here  |
