Granite tile on Laminate

Hi, I'm an avid DIY'er and about 11 years ago I put ceramic tile over my old laminate counter tops in the kitchen. It worked really great and was quite easy. I want to update and would like to remove the ceramic and replace with granite tiles. Please tell me of any problems I should consider in doing this project.

You did it before you can do it again. Maybe you should wreck the old tile first to see what surprises may be in store for you.
