excess grout removal on tile surface

Four days ago I had ceramic tile installed on my outside patio. I noticed an abundance of grout left after the installer wiped it with a wet sponge. He told me to wait 16 hours, then hose it down and wipe with a dry towel. This didn't work. I went to home depot and was told to use Heavey-Duty Cleaner& Stripper by TileLab. This took off some of it but not all. The packaging says DO NOT USE ACID to clean this tile, what can I do to clean up this excess grout and the haze it has left?

Have you paid that moron that installed it?

EXACTLY what kind of tile do you have? Who is the manufacturer? Is it glazed tile?
