I need 20 tiles (16x16 goldrush, daltile), a size that has been discontinued.
The same style 18x18 is still being made. I would like to have some of these cut down to 16x16.
The alternative "thisoldtile" in texas, is asking $800 for 20 tiles. Is my budget too strict or is that extortion? (the new 18x18 is a couple bucks per tile)
Cutting with a bevel-edge sounds more challenging than straight (guillotine?) cuts.
Can I get tile cut with beveled edges? Can I do it at home?

Ceramic tiles aren't cut with guillotine cutters that I'm aware of. The price quoted must be a mistake. Once the tiles are cut they will not look the same as the whole 16" tiles.grin

Bummer. (sorry I said guillotine).

Ps "thisoldtile" preemted discussion - "this is not an error" they know they've got me.
Anyone reading this online, I need twenty 16x16" daltile "gold rush" series, golden nugget color, (5208)
