Looking for a specific tile

Hi, I am trying to find a supplier of a certain tile. I have a box with the following spec's on it.
A & D Ceramica, Monococcion, Modela Patern, Dinamy Crema, Shade 1 T3, Calibre size C5, Size 45 x 45, Manufacturer: Azulindus & Marti, SA. Is there any way you can put me onto a supplier of these tiles. I fell in love with them when I saw them on the floor at Bathroom Bizarre in East London, RSA.
