"krause" floor 18 X 18 tiles gardena noce

We purchase a spec home two years ago and the tile is now discontinued. We have three cracked tiles in our hallway which need to be replaced. I can't find the mmanufacturer of these tiles or where they were purchased. Can anyone help?
