granite 12x12 tiles for back splash

Need help as of yesterday! Trying to use 12x12 gialliano gold tile f turned to make diamond shape on back splash--need help cutting out plug ins and proper alinement of tiles DIYer.

Have to see it in order to figure out what I would do as far as a layout.

As for cut outs, you'll need an angle grinder and diamond blade, or if your good, it can be done on a wet saw, smaller the blade, the better.
