I have removed wood tiles from a concrete floor and plan to replace it with ceramic tile. All od the wood came up pretty easy, however the glue is still on the concrete. Should I bother removing the glue? If so what do you recommend?

Remove as much of the glue as you can. You don't need to remove all of it, just to the point where it's a thin residule as there's a chance the adhesive may let go underneath the thinset destroying your new floor.

The adhesive is best removed on concrete when soaked with warm water, not to mention most modern adhesives are water based.
