Anyone can tell me what is the name of this type of transition? Who is the manufacturer?

Thanks,
Anthony

Around here that is referred to as a "binder bar". Go to any flooring contractor supply store, not sure if Home Depot etc. Carries them.

Thanks Marco,

From the picture, it looks like binder bar, but it's not.

It is white in color, I am guessing it is made of "hard" plastic or PVC. It has flat surface on the ceramic tile side and gradient/slope to hardwood height. I have asked Home Depot and Flooring stores, they have no idea about this transition but, it is quite commonly used in most of home builder.
