Help! We can't finish our entry way floor because we ran out of Rialto green tiles by Del Conca. We need one box of 12X12 tiles. Lowes tried to order it but were unable to help us. I have searched the web but so far have not been able to find any. Can anyone help? Thanks, Julie |

If you got it at Lowe's originally I would go the customer service counter and explain your dilemma. Ask them to look on their computer for any store nationwide that is showing any in stock.
They don't offer to do this, but if you ask really nice they just might check. |

Thanks Jerry. We did try this at one Lowe's but they were not willing to do much for us. We will try at another Lowe's in our area and see if we get better results. I was just hoping that someone had leftover tile, I know we do from other projects. Julie |

Julie--
It is still listed on the Lowe's website as a product they carry. If this is the case, then there is NO REASON that your local store can't order you a box of it. You might have to go through 16 people that can figure out HOW to order it, but they should be able to. |

Well then, you need to go to the customer service counter instead of the flooring dept. The managers office is directly behind them. I believe you'll get it. |

Di, We were able to order some tile through our local Lowes store. I went directly to the store manager and explained my problem. He searched through other stores' inventory and found rialto green tiles in 6X12 size so we went with those instead of the 12X12. Do you have extra 12x12 tiles? To get your bullnose cap tile try going directly to the store manager for help, the guys in the flooring department tried to help us but were unable to search all other stores' inventory as the manager was able to. Thanks, Julie |

Does anyone still have any rialto green tile they would like to sell? I need about 40 4x4 pieces, however, my need for them is to complete a mosaic, so any size is fine since I'm going to be breaking them up anyway. Please email weezil_2000@hotmail.comTHANKS! |

We also were in need of the rialto green tiles 12x12. After exhausting all local and on-line possibilities; we were referred to Color Tile (who'd a thunk?). Anyway, they carry a similar product. Close enough for me - rather than re-do the entire project.
The Description of the tile is: CR Thermae Vulcano
I wouldn't say it's an exact match but it is the same thickness and it has the same "rough-look" edge. The color and sheen is probably as close as you could get without being in the same color lot. Anyway, I've just ordered the 9 tiles I need to finish my job. We'll see how it turns out. |
